Directions to the District Manager's office: Head west on I-70 and take the Evergreen Parkway exit #252. Continue on the Parkway for approximately 5 miles. Turn left at the sixth stop light on to Lewis Ridge Road and make an immediate right on to the frontage road. Turn left at the second entrance into the Center of Evergreen. The office is located on the third floor of the U.S. Bank building, suite 320.

For District Emergencies Only: Call the District's maintenance Contractor: C&L Water Solutions, Inc., at (303) 791-2521.

Also contact C&L Water Solutions, Inc. if you notice a sewer or underdrain manhole cover is displaced or for strong sewer odors.

Contact Denver Water for water leaks or problems with water pressure at (303) 893-2444. After hours, call (303) 628-6000.

UNDERGROUND UTILITIES

Before you plan to landscape your home with trees or put in a new deck, please make sure you contact the Utility Notification Center of Colorado to verify where the utility lines are on your property. Please remember to contact the Grant Ranch Master Homeowners Association for approval as well.

Colorado Law (Senate bill 93-155) requires persons to notify the UTILITY NOTIFICATION CENTER OF COLORADO two business days, not including the day you call, prior to beginning any excavation. Notification may be made by calling 811 or visiting them online at www.uncc.org. Thank you for your assistance.
